"The Personal touch, has All but disappeared! Employees talk with one another, while waiting for You to decide to go to the kiosk to place Your order. Older people are still reluctant to use the kiosk, because of unfamiliarity and the desire to interact with real people. The fries are now coming out cold, or Luke warm; and sometimes tasting like grease. PLEASE put Emphasis on Customer Service!!!!!"

"Morning crew seems great, however tonight I stopped to grab a quick dinner, my order was completely wrong, wrong drinks, wrong food entirely. Additionally the staff inside were screaming at eachother and the floors were disgusting, I won't be back anytime soon, I'd be embarrassed to be a manager at this location, let alone a franchise owner. Incredibly unprofessional."

"Not a bad spot, but very unfriendly staff. Pro: - quick service even with a long line - employee handing out food Con: - employee at the pay register - outside is dirty. I saw people throwing their trash from their car into the bushes. While it isn't the branch fault. The fact trash accumulated outside is sad. - food was cold This could have been a bad day since it was raining, will definitely give it another shot."

"Yea so we pulled up at 10:00pm , wasn’t even late. The manager I’m assuming was the one speaking to us. Was giving side eyes and attitude. We pay for our drinks. Come to find out that none of the machines are working even after we paid. We asked for a refund and then all the sudden the machines are working. Wouldn’t waste my time here if you don’t like your job then work somewhere else. Waited patiently for 20 minutes for 3 drinks. It’s sad where fast food has come to. Love McDonald’s but this location and particular doesn’t have good customer service."

"I had to come back and update my old review. This place, for now, comes with my recommendation for fast food breakfast. Everything has been perfect. 3 years ago I wouldn't have fed an enemy from that place. So, good job for all the improvements"
