"I would not recommend rent a center in Rock Hill, SC on Cherry Rd. First it started when they delivered my items a week early to my old address. I called the store spoke to the nice rep who told me he has me set up for my actual day which is June 4th between 2-5. I called the day of delivery to request to have it closer to 5, was told I couldn’t they have an delivery that’s an hour away. The sales person transfer me to the rude and nasty manager who instead of requesting another day and time went straight to I will refund your money with a very nasty tone. I made him aware of how rude he was and told him that was very poor customer service. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle and how you suppose to make the customer feel to keep them, not push them away. The last thing he told me was my delivery was scheduled between 2-4 instead of 2-5 and I was never put on the schedule for today which surprised me because to my knowledge, my sales rep Amanda confirmed I was scheduled. I would not recommend this place to no one. They take your money and treat you like you don’t matter."
