"UPDATE: The water pump, which receipt shows they charged me for replacing, went out on the car. I started into replacing it myself & ran across a bolt that the socket fit funny. I looked & the head had been broken off the bolt so they tac-welded it on! The biggest issue so far is that the crank bolt won't come out! Supposed to be 158lb/ft torqued. I have a 1200lb/ft kobalt impact I just spent $300 to get bolt out & it won't budge! I don't know if they loctite it, which isn't what you do, or if they also messed these threads up like my oil pan. And how is water pump already leaking after 5yrs? This place discusses me every time I drive by! Have cost me so much money for their work & even more to fix what they f'd up! OK. Below is a review I left a few months ago. well after I posted this comment, he made a phone call to my mother to have a discussion about my review & wanted me to take it down! LOL .... I Couldn't believe it! My mother let them take our Lexus to get it fixed. At 1st I was upset, but then it was quoted on if the timing belt was the issue and I thought it was reasonable. They only had that issue so the around $500 quote should be same plus had fluids changed (oil&filter) & breaks. Took not even a full workday & was done. That I love, how quick it was done, but the $1171 bill I DID NOT LIKE! Now lights come on I've never seen before with low air pressure light flashing & all the brake lights (ABS&BRAKE) & stability control light on dash on then off, repeat. They were supposed to keep old parts, anything taken off cuz they said they replaced it, but I never got a single item! The receipt shows things like "PARTS" $209! Exactly what parts cost me that much money? Oil says should use synthetic & certain filter when changed but doesn't say what they used! I'm not happy! Got it done quick! I could calculate all that & never be done in less than 1 work day! Posted Pictures: Stripped out drain plug threads on the oil pan. INFO: When I went to do the oil change I noticed that there was something around the drain plug. When I took it out I noticed it was silicone of some sort! Then after the oil was drained, I could see that there weren't any threads in the pan anymore! My thoughts: Stripped out threads so used silicone to keep drain plug in(technically on) the oil pan & keep from leaking oil! Even more discussed with the level of workmanship than I was already with the price! Total B.S."

"I took my car to them as I have a couple times before with the same car for an issue I've had with it since I bought it and I told them I would like it fixed. They had the car for a Month which is a UNHEARD OF amount of time to have to just diagnose a car and then when I finally called I was told that they had NO IDEA what was wrong with it and when I went to go get it the check engine light was on that wasn't on when I dropped it off along with the same issue that I wanted them to fix. I honestly think that with me being a single mother and on a fixed income without a fortune to spend on the car it just sat there most of the Month that it was there and they could care less if I my car was fixed or not! Update: So I took it to another repair shop (Manis Automotive) and they found 2 pages of needed repairs and half of them was should've been scheduled maintenance like tires, breaks and a few other things from incidents from my daughter driving it but I figured why fix all that when I can't get figured out what's wrong with it- BUT YES they found exactly what all was wrong with it and fixed it now it drives like new!"
