"My elderly parents rented a trailer to take 12 hours one way. The person that hooked it up never checked if the lights worked. My parents left in the middle night with no lights to drive 12 hours. Cmon guys! They photo the entire trailer to verify condition but don’t check lights. They also had to stop in the middle of the night to adjust the chains. Hope someone takes better care of their parents then they did mine!!"

"Wish I had read all reviews including Google maps. Paid to patch a tire ($35) and an alignment ($80) for my Audi Q7. Drove 700 miles and came right back a week later to complain about the alignment and was told my worn tires were the problem. Ironically when they test drive it, they noticed the tire pressure was off. Never bothered to check their patch from the week before, which turns out wasn't done either. Every local I talk to about laughed and said the same thing. Go to Williams. Scammers"
"We had a great experience with this company. We were staying in Blue Ridge for a baseball tournament for our son’s baseball tournament when our car started making a horrific noise. We called them up and they got us in and looked at it while we waited. They were honest and let us know it probably was a piece of gravel that was stuck. They checked everything anyways and reassured we were all good and sent us on our way for free. Reliable and trustworthy people for sure. Thank you."
