"This company will charge you a labor charge for simply coming to your residence on top of the service call fee. So, on top of paying $90 for a twenty-five-minute visit, I was also billed $45 for the technician taking a photo of my outlet to then inform me he doesn't have a solution and would need to call an electrician. I called to verify where exactly the "labor" was performed, and was informed that yes, taking a picture of an outlet constitutes labor. Buyer beware, there are other, more honest companies in the Seymour area that I suggest looking into."

"Had a septic backup at our rental cabin and found that there was a blockage at the septic inlet and the tank was close to full. This company was able to come out same day since I was in a pinch! Joe and Richard were our technicians. Both were extremely knowledge, cordial, and courteous. They even showed me the bear marks on our riser!
