"If I could give 0 stars I would! the clerks are terrible, rude, and always more interested in talking to each other than cashing out the customers. I accidentally forgot 1 bag of my groceries and I ran back in to get it and the cashier actually lied and said I didn't leave anything. I spent over $90.00 I knew what I purchased, and I knew I was missing a bag, but she wouldn't hear it. I tried complaining to the manager, that went nowhere, I would advise to be cautious if you shop here."
"Dollar general doesn’t know what they have here. These 3 ladies are killing it every time I come in this store. Working like rented pack mules. Give these women some respect and credit!!! They deserve it! Couldn’t ask for better employees. I’m a business owner and would praise God for women like this!"
"I typically don’t ever complain bc I’m in the customer service industry myself and when I say it’s bad it’s really bad her the older lady linda in the back we had to go find her bc she was chatting with the other coworker in there room up front and when we ask for help on the self checkout bc the register says broken she wanted to argue about taking it off bc I said I only picked it up bc it was on the clearance side on my way out , it’s such a big mess in the store can’t tell what is what don’t waste ur time and don’t go find linda and ask for her to do her job ! I hope whoever owns this store understands what bad customer service is and why it’s important to have someone in there it’s not like there is 3 others within two miles :Only thing they have going there is the nice young man that was there a few days ago he seem to be working on other things in the store today @ 2:30pm"
"The workers are very courteous here and we'll take you if you cannot find what you're looking for and help you find it, the manager and assistant manager are both great. Always greet you with a smile and a hello. Very nice people"
