"Purchased a blouse on June 11th for my daughter's birthday with a promise of an exchange if not the correct size. Daughters was then refused an exchange. I will shop elsewhere. I'm out money and my daughters birthday gift was a flop. I'd give a zero star if possible. As if I have extra money to throw away these days. Owners stooped to suggest that she thought I'd bought it from seasons ago, wore it out smoking and now wanted cash. Owners acts shady with the morals of a used car salesman. That was my customer service experience. Buyer Beware!"
