"ALLERGEN INFO: GLUTEN AND DAIRY: great gluten free and dairy free options. Everything is made on site and they easily make swaps for all meals. I swapped breaded flounder for grilled tilapia and had my corn cheese free. Many of their sauces contain evaporated milk but plenty of others are vegetable based. They offer delicious fried plantains, so a great gluten and dairy free dessert option! SERVICE: The owner, Miguel, is a fabulous cook as well as an incredibly friendly and accommodating person. Food truly seems to be his love language! He loves what he does and his incredible food reflects that. He’s one of those guys who deserves to be on a food show like Somebody Feed Phil! He had no issues giving us food ingredient information and kept checking in on us throughout our meal. Thank you for the incredible service, Miguel! We would love to go back next time we’re in town for sure!"

"Authentic and delicious food! You next try their churros! Anything in the menu I have tried so far was cooked fresh, they bring it to your table as soon as it's ready (very important to me, I like my food at the right temperature). The owner takes pride on his restaurant, he's always welcoming, as well as his staff (on both locations)."

"Went in for dinner after work. They really did a great job remodeling the disaster that was Huddle House. It's clean and very nice inside. I got two chicken tacos which are made with pineapple and onions. They were alright but not really memorable. I got ACP which is grilled chicken on spanish rice with queso cheese poured over it. Again unfortunately I found it edible but not memorable. Lastly I got Mexican corn in a cup. In Chicago this is mayo, butter and chili powder which I love. There's was corn with lime and crumbled cheese on top. It wasn't something I'll get again. I really want to like this place but it's just not making an impression on me. For me there's two places in Maryville that have excellent Mexican food and I'll probably stick to those. Super nice people and great service in a cool atmosphere but just not really special food."
