"I work in health care. I was going on my lunch break, that it only 30min. So, to save some time, i ordered online and paid for it. I then came 10 minutes later to get the order, the lights are on, and employees in their cars in the parking lot just outside the front door. This was at 9:45pm. When the website states there open till 12am. I ended up spending more time and money having to go somewhere else. I'm not a happy customer and will not be one again."

"On Dec 27th 2023 at 12:46, I stopped in this location and ordered a supersonic double cheese burger wich I had to wait from 1230 til 1246 to place my order that then got rang up as a single cheese burger even with a $5.00 tip the food was lukewarm over cooked and because the first time I went in this location my burger was like shoe leather with dirty grill leftovers; I will not visit this location again! Poor service undesirable food. The staff has no problem telling one they are sorry for the wait yet no reason for the wait so guess they have the sorry right!"

"Well for one the Foothills Mall drive location is extremely busy the drive-thru can be a little slow but really for the Stars I'm giving is because I think Sonic needs to bring back the hot fudge cake and the cream pie shakes like I don't know why they take away everything that's so good lol"

"I've tried to go here numerous times and the line doesn't move. I end up driving off after waiting on line for 10 min without any movement. This is the worst drive thru I've seen. Sonic needs to start from scratch on getting employees that can work with a sense of urgency. Goodness."

"I was in town for a car show Classic Honda's on the Dragon, and my son and I ate here for lunch one day. The food was pretty good, the employees were nice and the atmosphere was literally in your car or outside. The area was clean, but the bathroom was not. One of the bathroom lights was blinking so fast. If I had epilepsy I would have died. Also, apparently, they don't do free refills. That's kinda disappointing and just weird. Overall, it was decent for fast food. 8 out of 10..."
