"Food is AMAZING! If the restaurant was larger, we would eat there more often. The bread sticks are the best I’ve ever had. The Chicago style deep dish is exceptional. Veggies are always fresh and crisp. We’ve never been able to finish the pie in one night."

"Would love it if there was a larger dining room to eat in but the food is amazing! The gentleman running the restaurant was very professional and personable - there were 3 other customers eating at the same time as my family and they were from Chicago and said the pizza was just like home! "This was an AWFUL experience and I wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband and I purchased an 18” monster (all meat”) and a 16” sausage… we wanted to take extra home for kids. We ordered at 1135a. We were told 15 min. After 30 min, I went inside to check on status and the large parties that had come 15-20 min AFTER US (and had parties of 4-7 ppl) had already gotten their pizzas. The woman at the counter couldn’t even repeat accurately what we had ordered and she “10 more min”. After 15 went by, she kept saying “5 more min, we have to make bacon”. After waiting 50 min, I asked for a refund of the smallest pizza and she said no, handed me the pizzas. The largest one was not even cooked and the entire top layer slid off. To boot, I had hit no tip at check out but somehow the credit card reader added a $13 tip which I NEVER would give for this lack of service. Totaled 90$. So not waste your time or $."

"Rosati’s was recommended by a coworker who used to live in Chicago. He said the deep dish here was just like back in Chicago. As a matter fact this restaurant is also in Chicago. I’ve always wanted to try deep dish and this was perfect cause I didn’t have to travel. We ordered a 14 inch ahead so when we got there, our order was coming out the same time we were walking in the door, there’s only a few tables at the restaurant and we were lucky enough to get one and sit down and enjoy our deep dish pizza hot right out of the oven. My husband and son have both had deep dish in Chicago and they loved this deep dish here, and agreed it was just like having it in Chicago , the tomatoes are fresh it’s real mozzarella the crust had great flavor absolutely no complaints from this family. As a matter of fact, we will make sure we’re going back to Rosati’s again and try and other items on their menu. I’ve also done a shout out on Facebook Yelp and Tripadvisor because I think it’s a fantastic restaurant and want to spread the word!"
