"Whoever is running the drive thru seriously needs to learn some manners. I pulled up to the window and asked her to give me a second and she then kept yelling through the mic “is anybody there”. After that I got to the window and she hands me a coffee and I told her I didn’t have a coffee and she says “well what did you have”. She looks at the manager or whoever else was working and says Well I heard coffee. Won’t be going back. Was rushed to order and the women at the window was rude."
"Nice staff, but the burgers were burnt and absolutely tiny. The Bun was twice the size. Mine was so dry that I threw half of it away, and usually, I suffer through so as not to waste it. My kids' burger was also 95% bread."
"I've driven there twice. first time steak biscuit was so hard and dry couldn't eat it. Went yesterday got a sausage egg biscuit sausage was so overcooked and dry my dog wouldn't even eat it . I drive 10 miles or I would have taken it back ....."
"Im from the northern states where there are no Hardee’s available. I didn’t have high expectations for a chain restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The chicken was real, and not a processed meat, and it was extremely juicy and seemed like it melted in your mouth! The fries were also very satisfying! And best part is, the employees were extremely nice and had great customer service! If given the opportunity, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!!"
"This was yum. I had the Nashville Hit chicken biscuit and it wasn't as spicy as I'd expect, buuuut still overall a great sandwich. Spice meter might be set a little high on my part anyhow. Now imagine a bowl of rice covered in cheese."
