I did buy a lazy boy recliner and then there was some confusion about the pricing. It seemed that all the employees were in a zombie-like fog. More concerned about anything but the customer."

The deliver was on time and the lads who set up the furniture were fast, efficient and courteous. I had an issue of a piece not fitting (due to my miscalculation) and they fixed it with no problems."
