"I have been going here for over 5 year and the new doctors are rude and don’t want to work. I call because I couldn’t find parking and someone didn’t pick up the phone 8 mins later. As I found parking Dr Kai A Pittman decided not to honor the clinic nor Monti grace period and refused to see me. None of the staff are on the same page or familiar with the policy"

"If i can give this location zero stars i would. Only one secretary registering, and the other walking around. My children's name was skipped during registration and 2 patients signed in after us were called. The secretary walking around told me i am in her way of registering patients with my stroller to move, but she was never registering. The security guard, of indian appearance had a problem with everyone. No seats, but if you stood next to the registration aisle you need to move. I moved to a wall on the other side and it bothered him, and wanted me to move by the windows where the chairs were on top of each other and we could not fit. He said he did not care. And had a problem with two more patients aswell. Very rude, ghetto establishment. Do not waste your time and come here."

"No parking, if you running at least 5 minutes late due to lack of parking they will cancel your appointment in your face. Very unhelpful, not worth the wait for an appointment. 2 months waiting and then they rescheduled your appointment 2 months later. Not worth it, they do not have have empathy for the patients."

"All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, from the security guard all the way to the doctors. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Always super easy to schedule an appointment! I wouldn’t change them at all :)"
