"I honestly would rather giVE Zero stars. Receptionist is rude and nasty as is the assistant i briefly spoke too. Customer service is one of the lowest ive witnessed at a doctors office. Expect to be waiting well over an hour for an appointment even with minimal people in the waiting room. Do not expect curiosities like a call when they know theyre running an hour an a half behind to give you the option to reschedule and not waste your time."

It’s a shame they have great surgeons, but everyone below them is there for a paycheck and it’s clear. And the woman who makes the surgery appointment should put her fork down when patient arrived to her office,, especially when it’s not even lunchtime…"

"Had a very horrible experience. Went for eye exam and was told they would change an additional $50 to get my eye prescription that would not be covered by insurance. I was not in the position to pay this extra charge. I explained I never heard of this and that this was not the case last time i was there but was told it's in the fine print now, so I told them I came there to save money and that their eye wear is more expensive so I wanted to cancel the appointment. I was told I will be charged anyway. I told them I would be contacting my insurance provider. I cannot believe that they can get away with this. Dont they make enough money off the insurance? Talk about greed! Needless to say I walked out. I found this whole experience absolutely disturbing. Would give it no stars if I could."
