"If I could do negative stars for this office and their staff, I would. The rudeness and dysfunctional nature of the front desk staff is absolutely appalling. As a long time patient, the disrespect I was treated with is something I have never experienced from any doctor’s office before. The extremely rude receptionist hung up on me not once but twice and when my husband called to try to get information, she hung up on him as well. I was simply asking for my medication after leaving 4 voicemails over the period of 3 days, in which no one ever called me back. When I asked to speak to the office manager to see why this happened, she nastily replied that she wasn’t in. I asked when she would return and the receptionist hung up on me for the first time. I called back and asked if she really just hung up on me, which she replied yes because the office manager was not in, I replied with stating that I had asked a follow up question. She didn’t answer. I proceeded to ask what her name was and she hung up on me again. This is completely unacceptable and I would urge anyone looking for a GI doctor to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Completely unprofessional, no customer service skills!"

When I hung up and called back I finally spoke to someone. I was given a VERY insincere, “Sorry about that, what do you need?” No thanks. Rude!!"
