"Every single appointment I make is always rescheduled. I can make the appointment a year in advance (for an annual), 6 months in advance, etc. and I can always count on a call saying that the doctor is not in and needs to be rescheduled. Even the rescheduled appointments end up being rescheduled- it seems like this practice has no regard for people’s schedule and how much rearranging (work, transportation, etc.) it takes to constantly have to accommodate their cancellation and rescheduling of patient appointments. Year after year this pattern is becoming frustrating to deal with."

"I don't typically write reviews. The doctor was nice. But if you go to the Edison office watch out. I have health insurance, but somehow I got stuck with a 1300+ bill for bloodwork from this office. Bill was sent to a lab at JFK, which made it cost more. My wife and I pleaded for them to help and elaborate why it was expensive. They say they made a mistake, but honestly I don't believe that anymore. It's easy to stick a high paying bill on someone for simple bloodwork. The point is though to make sure you ask about how much everything is because they won't for sure. They won't care about it. Doctor is nice, but the office is not"
