"I was going to this doctor since they opened they used to also be a dentist in there so I loved how I can see two different docs but then they moved . I liked my doctor Barbara who left so I would wait super long to see her . I after she left, they gave me to another doctor and then it seems like he left also and then they gave me the top doctor there Dr khasidy. My main issue Here is the wait time. This is the only place ever that I’ve gone to that if you get a 10 o’clock appointment you don’t see your doctor, maybe after one if your lucky and every time I went, the place was packed. It seems like they just over book which is not good because then you’re rushing clients in and out. Which makes me think it’s more about money than primary care For patient’s . I get high anxiety. And that’s the main reason I had to change doctors. And another thing that kind of bothers me is the bathrooms disgusting for a clinic or any hospital that’s one thing that should never be . I don’t even think there was hand soap, or paper towels . It reminds me of those bathrooms you go to in old gas stations . The girls upfront are nice and the doctors I had but I couldn’t take it anymore . I forced myself to put three stars because I liked the ppl who work there but honestly wanted to put one or two ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"Dr Khasidy is Very professional, wonderful doctor and knowledgeable he is the type of dr I need to continue with. The wait is ridiculous at time but once you see him you’re in good hands. Staff is very nice. Front desk chick with the rosary tattoo is very beautiful and professional. Everyone was friendly, helpful, friendly. I will continue to come back!! Best dr in the Bronx!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Hell, this place deserves a negative 10 rating. I waited over 4 hours for my son to see the dentist. That's absurd and abusive of ones time. I will NEVER take my business there again. Whether you have Medicaid or private insurance like myself, these people get paid! It's not fair to treat your patients as if they are nothing!!!! This place needs to shut down!!!!!!"

"The worst ever I sat here for 3 hours dealing with nasty attitudes and to be told they don't take care of pregnant women here I clearly asked 150 questions before coming including do you have prenatal care was told yes my insurance was charged and I was turned away and told to go to the e.r. and to top it off there was nothing but dope heads in the waiting area this is the true definition of a hole in the world wall spot don't ever ever ever come here for nothing"
