"I wish I didn’t need to give any stars to write this review . Staff at the front desk are completely unprofessional and nasty. They act as if they are doing the public a favor , should I say they are ghetto . People pay a lot of money through health insurance which is a contradiction when getting medical care . You get POOR SERVICE ON HERE. The doctors are nice as I have been going to the same office for over 20 years. You would think people would be more empathetic and professional .. the medical industry is completely deteriorated as the years go by . The more years these people invest in a job , the more Narcissistic they get .. what a SHAME The phone system is a disaster and you can never get through anyone , getting a phone call back takes at least an hour. So I’m wondering how will you get any feedback about any MEDICAL TREATMENT AT ALL .. The patients keep complaining of the unprofessionalism and wait time. If you feel the need to be bitter with people LEAVE !! Or RETIRED , if you love your job it’s like you have never worked a day in your life but if you hate your job then you are in the wrong field .. The seats on this office are not disinfected as they stink badly etc etc .."

"Beware. We had a medical emergency over the weekend requiring a prescription from our family GP. I left four messages with the on-call physician and never received a call back. The practice has been purchased by United Health Care, which makes them a subsidiary of an insurance company. They certainly operate that way. We are looking elsewhere."

"Its a shame these con artists cornered the market. The doctors are great and professional. Unfortunately the admin staff consistently ignore your request for basic medical care and surprise you with a bill for some tangential work unprompted. Want a free nasal swab PCR test, go right ahead, surprise, it is also a visit with a copay and 45 minuets long. Want a well visit, that is 100% covered by insurance and pay a copay on testing on one vitamin and a breathing test, neither of which were concerns. Clearly just taking advantage of patients who don't know where the line is between basic medical care and extra medical care."

"I hope someone at Caremount is seeing this. The answer service is just absolutely horrible. I've been with Dr. Pasquale for over 20 years absolute pleasure to deal with. Ever since they put in the phone service I can't get any body. Today and others times I've called constant busy signal. When I do ge through the answering service can't contact the office either. I have to waste my time to driver there to get an answer which should and could be done over the phone. Caremount needs new IT or let the people call directly. Please Fix."

"The service at this office is the worst I have ever experienced. After being prescribed medication I had to play phone tag for almost 3 weeks calling back every single day because the pharmacy needed a prescription preauthorization or a different medication to be prescribed to be covered by my insurance. After finally having it sorted out after speaking to every single person in this office over the course of 2 weeks calling everyday, I then had blood work done to see how my body is reacting to the medication and was told I would receive a call the following week. Well, it’s now 10 days later, not one phone call, the medication is almost run out and this morning is the second time I’ve called this week, and the second time I was told “I’ll forward your request for results of blood work to the DR And his nurses and they will call you back.” It’s really unfortunate because Dr. Pasquale is one of the nicest, and best healthcare providers I’ve ever had. This office needs a serious overhaul though. Absolutely incompetent."
