"Dr. Sandoval and Dr. Baskind are amazing doctors and have great bedside manner. However, appointments are hard to get, usually a several month wait for infant well visits. Front desk staff and people who answer the phones are unprofessional and rude. I will be finding another doctor."

"I’m being coming here since my 17 years old boy was born. Excellent care from the doctors and staff for the last 15/16 years. However, for the last couple of months/year it has been a poor service office, specially for sick visits. They used to always returned my calls even on weekends and nights regarding concerns I had with my children's health. Now I don’t even get a message. The front desk and nurses are not as friendly as they used to be. Usually I get attitudes and looks. Not professional at all. Great doctors but poor professional skills/care from their team. I will be looking for a new pediatrician."

But some of the other doctors just make you feel like you’re a problem they want to get rid of. These interactions have left a bad taste in my mouth despite some of the good doctors here."

Aside from the warmth and humor you'll find there, the practice has always accommodated my children when there was no time to schedule an appointment due to sudden illness-- RP fit them right in. I also highly recommend this practice for mothers with newborns. They'll get great, personal care."
