"I called to get information and was spoken to by Evelyn who was unable to provide me information and/guidance. Then, I realized at some point during the conversation, I was talking to someone else. I felt discriminated and offended for being a Latina, possibly the worst way I have felt."

"This is my 1st time to this location and this has to be the RUDEST & NASTIEST STAFF I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. 1st point: They DO NOT ANSWER CALLS. I’ve sat in the lobby for an HOUR waiting on my appointment that lasted 10 minutes. I’ve heard the telephone ring numerous times and the staff ignored the calls. 2nd point: CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE ATROCIOUS! What kind of clinic has clients scheduled for appointments for a Doctor (Whom seems to be under the weather) and doesn’t update their clients that the Doctor is no longer available to follow through with the remainder of his schedule? Regardless to if they’re your clients or not, whether that Doctor rents their or not CONDUCT BETTER PERSONABLE SKILLS! 3rd point : EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS on their PHONE (which I’m pretty sure shouldn’t be allowed in this kind of work environment as it is a distraction from your job) and not attending to clients needs. 4th and most disgusting thing of all was the rude male behind the desk kicked out everyone from the lobby as they were calling pharmacies and physicians to make other arrangements. Completely disgusted by the overall lack of customer service, the distasteful and vulgar language used to speak with clients who weren’t disrespectful in any form, the lack of empathy to those patients who were just made aware upon arrival of the Doctors availability, the lack of RESPECT FOR THEIR CODE OF CONDUCT & WORK ETHIC! I am ashamed that these nurses have degrees let alone jobs but that degree hasn’t taught them mannerism!! Lastly, I would like to conclude with the response that I received from management: Just because you have to reiterate information to clients ALL DAY- who are not yours and who aren’t “BECOMING” doesn’t mean you treat them unfairly. TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT. It’s your job! Customer Service is CRUCIAL IN ALL FIELDS!"

"I actually thought the staff were very polite and there were also a lot of people and the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes long. The doctors were very nice and I expected to be there longer seeing how there were a lot of people and it's a doctors office, it's always a wait just like the Emergency room but surprisingly we were out in less than an hour. Nice clean place... I would definitely refer friends and family"

"That this place is still open is BEYOND me. It should be shut down immediately. 1) Misdiagnosed MULTIPLE TIMES because doctor was a) incompetent, b) lacked common sense, c) would not listen to me. That, or he simply played dumb to keep me coming back every week so I would pay the visits over and over. 2) Arab doctor realizes I am not a virgin and asks me if I am MARRIED OR HE IS JUST A PARTNER... lol what ??! Extremely unprofessional, judgmental, and none of your business sir. 2) Most front desk people especially the guy, are the absolute rudest people you could ever find, zero manners, impolite, aggressive, and get this: THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS once. Lost or given to another patient by mistake??? I will never know.... 3) Wait time : Every time I went there waited LITERALLY 2 HOURS."
