"Dr Krystyna is one of the few doctors that truly cares about her patients. She’s professional and friendly. Dr. Krystyna did not rest until my health concerns where under control. The staff in both Clifton and Wallington, follow her passion and undying care for all the patients. I recommend Dr. Krystyna to anyone looking for expertise and a pleasant environment."

"Choose another doctor. Don’t go there. Very rude staff especially the billing woman, she doesn’t know her job and the rudest woman I have ever seen. Also, keep in your mind If you have any questions or you want to know your results you have to pay for that ( they consider it also long appointment $$$)."

"Dr. Krystyna is experienced. However, there is the rudest lady who works as part of the staff, probably billing. (Kasia). She is so rude and unprofessional and we suspect that she is being racist. If you can directly interact with the doctor, you will be fine. Just be aware of that mean rude billing lady. The only thing she is good at is repelling customers. Also note that you will be charged for every visit even if it was a follow up, and they will not tell you about the charge in advance. Billing is a mess here!!"

"Doctor Urszula Poweska is the only Doctor I trust. She makes you feel like she really cares about you as a patient and a person and spends time to explain everything to you. After having serious health problems this year and dealing with other Doctors I appreciate her even more. However, the billing department is uneducated, rude and too lazy to do their job. I tried to explain to them that I was enrolled in a program that paid for what my insurance does not cover and gave them the paperwork explaining it. She continually talked over me told me they don't except it even though Federal Law requires them to and if I didn't want to pay the copay to go somewhere else."

"I originally went to this practice because they have a pain management doctor who accepts my insurance. Dr. Mike has been incredibly helpful to me. I have less days with pain and am much more mobile thanks to his care. I have recommended him to friends who have become his patients and have had positive experiences in his care. Because I saw him, I got familiar with the office staff who I found to be both competent and caring. Because of my satisfaction, I decided to give Dr. Krystyna a try as my primary care doctor. I am so happy that I did. She is an excellent doctor and very caring. She has a rare skill that is uncommon in doctors. She actually LISTENS to her patients and hears what they have to say! I feel like she is more invested in my care than any doctor I have previously had. Yes, there is occasionally a wait. It's not excessive. And you know that you are waiting because she listening to another patient and caring for them."
