"I been reading so horrrible reviews here that I dont know what to say , I been in this group for 8 years I see Dr. Marina Endocrinologist She is like my thyroid best friend i love her I feel we are family, after me dooing telemed for a year i had to go in person and when she saw me she run to me and hug me tight awww that was amazing and healing to me , Dr. marivi Pain Management, Dr. Alday is my primary (he is a sweet heart) mayority of staff have patient with me lol... and have good attitude , yeah I agree there are some othere like Isaura with bad attitude but i cant kill the whole group just because of her , also lab corps techs inside are awesome , i feel like im home when i go there, so my advice is dont listen to all this bad reviews and just go and give it a try yourself .pdt . and for me to say that trust me ! cause im very picky and a complainer lol...."

"I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes ahead of time. And the staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I had to wait a bit for the doctor. But I didn’t mind because I figured the doctor was doing his job which was thorough screening with his patients. And scheduling my next appointment was no issue at all. Just wished they had diagnostic testing there such as MRI, CT, X-ray, etc. Hopefully soon!"

"I have left a review already but ofcourse it’s gone, the staff clearly cares more about deleting reviews then actually fixing the issue. It’s been 3 weeks now trying to contact my doctor, being told “we’ll leave him a message” and when I follow up I get “I see no messages were left”, try and make an appointment they transfer you to another line in which no one answers and you are told to leave a message and someone will call back to schedule you and no one ever does. Do not go here. The staff is clearly incompetent. The little girls answering the phones do no care to even leave a message. Disgusting. Everyone in this facility should be ashamed of the patient negligence."

"Horrible attention. I had a telemed appointment scheduled but never received a text message for the appointment. I’m home sick wondering what happened and in need of the appointment. I call to find out and come to realize that because there was a small balance they had to cancel my appointment. Excuse me, my health is being held up for a balance that I was unaware of?! That is the most horrific thing I’ve heard. I’m changing providers and would suggest anyone to do the same. There are different ways of communicating someones balance, possibly while on the phone with the patient while attending to their needs. Not canceling or refusing to see the patient because they owe. Horrible!"

"I was referred to Barnabas Health Medical Group in Clifton, NJ for an ultrasound by Dr. MYOUNG PARK fron the Lyndhurst,NJ location appointment was made on Monday April 18th for Wednesday April 20th for 2PM. Earlier that day I called for an appointment for my husband he woke up with a cold and since I was going to the Clifton location I was told he could go with me for Covid test. Upon my arrival for my appointment I checked in and told the very rude and very unprofessional worker that took care of me I told her that my husband was outside for a Covid test, that's what I was told to do by a Ms. VALDES which we had a phone teli-med call. Out of the blue she said that I couldn't have my ultrasound because my husband had symptoms untrue. Needless to say workers at this location are not trained to interact with people I will not recommend this location to anyone. I have been going to the Lyndhurst location for over 30 plus years never had any issues with the staff all are very friendly and courteous. The Clifton location needs a staff overhaul. There are no stars to rate this facility."
