"Seriously, what's up with the new schedule and appointment-only policy? The office used to be open six days a week. But now, you've cut it down to just four days a week? That's a major letdown. It's like you don't even care about us patients who rely on your services. And don't even get me started on the whole appointment-only thing. That's just ridiculous. Sometimes, emergencies happen, and we need immediate help. Instead, you tell us to make an appointment even when we're in dire need. It feels like you're prioritizing efficiency over our well-being and convenience. That's not what a good doctor's office should do. Think about the impact these changes have on us, your patients. We deserve better. I hope you'll take this complaint seriously and do something about it. I'm counting on you to listen and make things right. Looking forward to your response"

"Normally, my visits to the Hackensack location are 5 star. I've never had an issue and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This time however I was less than pleased. I had been feeling sick for a couple of days and just wanted to put my mind at ease to make sure what I was feeling was nothing more than a cold and not covid. I called the office and asked if I could come by for a covid test (I live nearby), I was told that I would need a telemed appointment before a test could be administered. Of course I agreed to this, but when the time came for my telemed appointment I did not receive a call. I placed a call to the office thinking perhaps I was supposed to contact them and was told that a health professional would be contacting me shortly, but first let me take your co-pay. This happened at roughly 3:15pm for an appointment that was scheduled for 3pm. I then waited another 45 minutes and still no one had called at that point. Once again, I called the office and asked what was the issue and why the delay? Once again, I was told that someone would be contacting me shortly, but I wanted to know what "shortly" meant. No one could give me a definitive answer, which was annoying. Someone did finally contact me 15 minutes later, around 4:15p, and I ran down my symptoms to which the answer was why not go to the Hackensack office for a covid and strep test. Obviously, this is what I wanted to have happen several hours earlier and this seemed like a colossal waste of time to simply collect my co-pay. Even after I received the results of my covid test (which was negative) I was given instructions on how to treat my cold. One of the suggestions was to use throat lozenges for my scratchy throat. Are you telling me that I just paid you $30 to tell me to use cough drops?? This overall experience was easily my worst with All Medical Group. I'm not going to stop using them because I feel I should simply chalk this up to a one-off, but I will be very reluctant to use a telemed service again. I don't enjoy paying for something where I never get to see the other person and then they end up telling me things I already know and was already planning to do."
