"I had booked a grooming at the veterinarian (All Creatures), but I was not familiar with the area. When I got there, I saw a sign for grooming so I called the number. When Marie answered, I told her I had an appointment for today at All Creatures, and she told me she didn't do appointments on that day, but she could book me for a different day, and she wasn't sure why I'd have a confirmed appointment for the day. I asked if maybe I was confused about where to go but she said she had no idea where else I would've booked. It wasn't until I hung up and looked around that I realized that the groomer I had an appointment with was in the building next door. I was very clear about where my appointment was, but Marie pretended to not know about the other groomer and instead attempted to take my business away from the groomer we had already booked with. This was extremely unprofessional behavior, I don't think I'll be recommending Marie despite the good reviews about quality."

"Have tried countless groomers in Rockland , was never happy with how my dogs turned out, until I found Marie, she is simply the best! My two dogs, Dominic and Tony, have been coming to Marie for over a year and are always left very handsome! She’s the only one I trust my dogs with and am always satisfied with the service. No groomer I had before had the sensitivity to do that and we really appreciated the consideration. Jake looked happy and great after the grooming. We'd return."

"I brought in my 5 month old Shihpoo with Marie today. I reached out to her by phone to schedule, and she would not have been more reassuring and professional. Upon meeting Marie in person I couldn’t be happier. She was very warm and welcoming, made me feel like my fur baby was safe with her. She examined every inch of Coco and going over in detail how the introductory groom would be. Upon picking Coco up my sweet girl was happy and she looked amazing.
