"My experience with my pet's Dr is always great. She's great with both my cats. But the front desk were rude. They kept their own conversation going, and going through their phone looking at other people's dog photos. She didn't engage in conversation with me. Only told me what total was and gave me my papers . I tried to Converse with her and she ignored me completely. I won't change location cause the Dr is amazing but some of her staff needs an attitude adjustment."
