"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tov Health Medical Center with Dr. Landau and their staff. The level of rudeness exhibited by the staff was beyond belief. The billing process was equally discourteous. They never bothered to bill us until we arrived with a sick child, and then they essentially held our child's healthcare hostage until we paid a previous bill that our insurance was supposed to cover. This felt like a manipulative tactic to force payment. To begin with, they never bothered to inform me of any outstanding balance or bill before scheduling an appointment. It was only when I arrived with my sick child that they demanded payment for a previous bill that my insurance was supposed to cover. They effectively held my child's health hostage until I paid up, which was both heartless and unethical. When I attempted to discuss the matter with someone from their billing department, the person I spoke to was beyond rude; it felt like talking to a brick wall. To make matters worse, this individual callously told me that they didn't need my business and had enough people on their waiting list. This level of arrogance is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where compassion and understanding should be paramount. I offered to settle and discuss the bills the next day, but they insisted on immediate payment while my sick child waited. They didn't show an ounce of empathy or willingness to accommodate my situation. What's even more disheartening is their response to honest feedback. Instead of addressing the issues raised by my review and my husband's subsequent review, they resorted to posting a bunch of fake 5-star reviews from their own accounts. This blatant attempt to cover up their problems speaks volumes about their integrity. To add insult to injury, if they respond to this review claiming not to have such a customer, it would be a blatant lie. They know exactly who we are, and it's shameful to run a medical practice in such an unprofessional and unethical manner. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering Tov Health Medical Center for their healthcare needs. Tov Health Medical Center and Dr. Landau should take this opportunity to reflect on their practices, apologize to those they've wronged, and strive to treat patients with the respect and care they deserve. Running a medical practice should be about healing and helping, not exploiting and disrespecting those in need. Shame on them for such an appalling experience."

They relentlessly pushed for payment on a previous bill that insurance should have covered, essentially strong-arming patients into settling their debts before receiving care. Be warned, this place cares more about money than your well-being."

The staff are all very courteous and friendly. Everything is very impressive from beginning to end. With Dov and his staff, you can expect the best care, time and devotion. I'm always amazed when Dov checks in after appointments to see how we are doing. Coming from Brooklyn, we just weren't used to this level of care.
