"Initially went to this establishment to get a yearly check up. My first experience was with Doctor Gluck who absolutely does not care to listen. She yells and overides every me in every way. Listening to your patient is the most important part of your assessment. I was hesitant to go back for a second appointment but I thought since I already established my medical records there and she's done a previous health assessment on me that I would give them another try. My second visit was a mirror of the first. She decided that she couldn't careless about what I had to say about the reason why I came to her in the first place, ignored, raised her voice over anything I had to say wanted to get straight to the point so she can get to her next patient. There was no consideration for me at this office, i was just another swipe your insurance card and leave customer. Extremely poor experience, very rude doctor who does not care about her patient holistically. This is how important medical diagnosis are missed. Seek medical care else where. I won't be returning."

"Doctors and most staff are great. I would have given 5 stars, however, I have been a patient for many years and I have never had an issue until recently. Lori in billing, was very condescending. I had a post-op appointment for an upcoming surgery due to breast cancer. But because I missed a payment and owed $50 I couldn’t come to my appointment until paid. I paid without question and apologized for missing this bill. She proceeded to question what I did for a living and and informed me “ if you can’t pay your bills, next time call sooner, instead of running away from the bills. I have a good job, good insurance and I work hard. I shouldn’t be questioned and harassed over $50 which I had no issues paying and quite frankly it is none of her business what I do for a living."

"So I just called to make a tele- health appointment. The secretary asked why and i said i think i have Covid again. She asked when i had it last and i said 12/20. She asked if i was vaccinated and i told her no. Her response “well that’s the issue right there. You should be vaccinated. Now this is gods way of giving it to you twice so i think now you should get vaccinated”. I literally stayed quiet because i know if i would’ve opened my mouth she wouldn’t give me an appointment. People can not and should not be able to talk to you like that! You’re a doctors office and your job is to schedule an appointment, not to tell me what i should be doing. Personal opinions should be kept to yourself, especially when you’re in the field of health care. You’re job is to assist and not berate me over the phone! She should be fired immediately!"
