"I was searching for a pediatrician for my newborn and was highly recommended by my NICU nurses. I’m so glad I found her. Explains everything to me, and gives me the freedom to choose what I feel is best. Never a wait. Answers me at all hours through the emergency line and when you are a new mom that is priceless."

"Dr. Chung is an excellent doctor! She is very attentive to every patient and really takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to the parents. I have taken my 3 year old twins to her since they were born and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. She has always respond quickly to emergencies and truly cares about her patients! It’s also great having a doctor that you know will be at every appointment and not be bounced around in a larger practice! I highly recommend her!"

"Not the doctor for me. Staff was kind and personable. Arrived early, was seen very late. This was my first visit with two of my teens. Once Dr Nam-Young Chung entered the room we were discussing my children’s medical history. Before she examined them I asked if they would be able to get an EKG bc they’re athletes and a lot of these teens are having devastating health issues on the court. She immediately said no. I said ok please notate in the chart that it was requested by the parent and denied by the healthcare professional. Dr Nam-Chung again said NO she will not notate it. Lol excuse me. I picked up my phone and was very respectful in tone and volume with telling another qualified medical professional what was occurring. It was within her right to say no, but denying my request for documentation is NOT within HER right. She then agreed to the EKG. The whole interaction was a nice nasty stand off. I tried to remedy the uncomfortable situation by stating we did not get off on a good foot however when dealing w the health of my babies I’m going to advocate for them 100%. What she decided to take from that was me calling my teens babies and advise me that I shouldn’t do that bc they’re big boys. Doc that’s not your subject matter expertise so thanks but don’t try and make my black boys men before they’re time bc they’re tall. They’re MY babies period. Needless to say this is NOT the doc for me. Might be for you. Just my experience"
