"Dr. Lopez's office was very good at one time but I've noticed a drastic decline in the last year (2017-2018). I don't know what happened but there's been a major shift. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office since they are hardly ever there. The answering machine says they have certain hours on M, W, F and certain hours on T & TH but they are only there M, W, F and they do not even have an on-call doctor anymore!! (What??!) To make matters worse, even when they should be there, they're not. I guess they must leave early and you rarely get a call back even when you leave a message with a staff member. There are constantly medical students in with Dr. Lopez & he pays so much attention to them that I feel like he's not necessarily giving me/my son 100%. Now, I'm almost 2 months into the process of trying to get my son's medical records transferred & I feel like I'm being given the run around. Very sad & disappointing!! (We had been with this office for about 11 years.)"
