"Food is always great (thanks to the cooks) . However, the ladies who take the orders at the deli are slow and not attentive. One of them saw me waiting for about 5minutes and didn’t bother asking if I needed help and she kept eating, talking and not even wearing a mask or hair net (It was a big lady ). When I came for a pickup, I saw my food and I kept asking for it politely and they kept telling me to wait and I ended up being there for like 10min when my food was already ready and just one customer was ahead of me with two cashiers behind the counter. The women there are lazy except for the owner and the girls who are in charge of the grocery registers who are very attentive and friendly . I also witnessed how the deli ladies let the phone ring 4-6 times while taking their sweet time when they’re not busy."
