"Recently my mom was discharged from the hospital. I was told by the practice the insurance is not covering the location and they can't see her anymore. Two weeks later my mom had post surgery follow up with her surgeon. When arriving for appointment notified she need referral from the office for her insurance. The office secretary called me and my father "STUPID" you know this in advance. She said the doctor is no longer seeing her. I ask it hasn't been even 30 days and she should be able to do this referral. She contacted the office manager and they said no. What kind of practice abandoned his patient after seeing them for nearly 10 years in 2 weeks notice."

"This DR is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I can NOT Believe how RUDE, UNORGANIZED, UNEMPATHETIC this DR is! It’s like a scene from HELL! And these remarks she’s leaving under these reviewers reviews are LIES! Everything her patients stated in these review are TRUE! And I’m NOT a person who complains or leave Reviews! If you care about yourself DO NOT GO HERE!!! SHE will NOT HELP YOU!!!!! She is a MESS! 1. The wait in the office for your appointment you schedules months ago is 1 HOUR and 30 mins to 2 HOURS. 2. They don’t know what they’re doing and scrambling everywhere. 3. I gave her my name and told her I needed a refill on my prescription.. she said OK and asked ME to contact the pharmacy and give her the fax number to the pharmacy. I contacted them and called her back with the number then she says “ No you can’t have a refill”. When says ago she supposedly sent my refill request to Walgreens but today it’s “you can not have a refill) “You need to come in for an appointment.” Meanwhile I literally just had an appointment with her 1.5 weeks ago ! She is the WORST!!! I’ve NEVER had such a Horrible experience in any Dr office! ( Also she speaks RUDE TO YOU!!! ) When I called her a few days ago I was going back and forth requesting prescription and sitting outside of Walgreens waiting for 2 hours because she said she sent it through!!!! Come to find out she NEVER ever did! I drove to her office and they closed and locked the doors before closing time!!! So todays call was a follow up to finally receive my prescription. And She changes what she says days ago and tells me NO. Meanwhile I expressed that im in pain and NEED IT!! I told her I’m CHoosing a DIFFERENT DOCTOR. After she HUNG uP on me MULTIPLE TIMES !!!! She needs to be SHUt DOWN!!! I’m going to see who I can call to report because she shouldn’t be in practice ! I feel so SORRY for anyone in her “care”. Do NOT GO HERE!"

"If you are going for immigration test at Edison clinic then this review is relevant - 1. I think the charges are low which seems to be a good deal but then, you pay for what you get 2. Mr Gupta who Dr Gupta talks a lot about is a reasonable man. It was good to talk to him 3. Drs office is not up to date with the USCIS requirements on tests to be done. At the very last moment they made me run and get Hepatitis test (luckily another person brought it to their notice ). The front desk lady was very casual to say that “no worries, you can do it when you get an RFE from USCIS”. Looks like they are not aware of the attorney charges to respond to the RFE 4. It became clear to me that they had no knowledge on how to fill the form in case od Class A and Class B findings. I had to print instructions from USCIS/attorney to provide it to them. USCIS office mentioned that the Dr office are trained to respond but apparently this Dr office did not know 5. The front desk lady has a good heart but when the Dr is in office it becomes like a fish market and she is unable to handle the pressure in which case she behaves a little rudely. Otherwise she is a good person. To summarize, if you decide to go, please do your research thoroughly and go fully prepared with up to date information."

"WARNING STAY AWAY. They may say that i am not a patient of Dr Gupta and they are right. However that did not stop her from sending a bill six months after i got out of the hospital for a heart attack. She may have walked into my room at Rahway Hospital but i do not remember EVER seeing her and even so why would an oncologist even be called in. She was NOT. Dr Gupta extorted a payment from me and can not supply any paper work proving that she did. STAY AWAY"

"I strongly recommend you do not see this doctor. Allow me to explain two examples of how a lack of care and knowledge can be negligent. I made an appointment because I knew I had pneumonia. In addiction I was having constant numbness in my toes. Dr Gupta often talks about herself and Mr Gupta while going through the motions of listen to my breathing and unfortunately not ever asking for inhale and exhales. No followup about the toes except to ask if I have back pain. She then left the room saying all is ok and, "You don't have pneumonia." I had to insist she write a script for pneumonia blood test (and past Covid-19 exposure). Pneumonia came back positive. At the followup appointment she would not write a Rx for an antibiotic. She oddly panicked because in her words, there are all kinds of antibiotics she could give me, "how do I know the right one?" She referred me to an infectious disease doctor who could see me in a few weeks. In addition she did not know how to read the Laborp results that test for past Covid-19 infections. She told me to call Labcorp to explain. Labcorp then told me the doctor needs to call. What is important to note is that it demonstrates that after close to 2 yeras of physicians knowing the frequency, damage and possible long term effects of Covid infections she may have not EVER had a patient tested."
