"My father was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. I was seeking a second opinion from dr. Bruckner but the whole experience was just awful. They took a while to get back to me which I completely understood but when his wife called for a medical intake- she proceeded to be so rude and unprofessional. she had no medical knowledge but spent an hour and half having me go over every bit of detail of my fathers medical history instead of requesting records/scans/information etc. She also spent that time telling me about her health and how great her husband is rather than speaking on his therapies or what his practice consisted of. She was so judgmental throughout the intake process that her husband in the background had to say " stop being rude" and "don't be judgmental". As an oncology nurse and someone familiar with the oncology world, I was appalled at the care. They avoided answering questions about how their patient system runs, the care they provide and the protocols and therapies used. Instead, she asked me for a check for 1200 to be sent to their home prior. The whole thing seemed like suspicious so I wanted to speak out about it for others to be aware."

"We were sent by angels to Dr Howard Bruckner.. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable pancreatic cancer that spread to her liver. Her tumors are big & mostly in her liver. The oncologist we visited in other facilities were giving her very little hope. We were recommended to Dr Bruckner by Dr Schwartz (the head surgeon of oncology in Mount Sinai). Upon first meeting Dr Bruckner we felt we made the right choice. His experience & success rate with cancer (especially pancreatic cancer) made us feel we were in good hands. My mother's tumors are shrinking and her test get better and better. All the patients we speak to in the treatment room have improvements with their numbers as well. I can't stress enough how happy we are with Dr Bruckner's treatment. He thinks out of the box.. his cancer treatment is different from the rest. He produces positive results. My mother's blood test are proof she is recovering. I highly recommend this facility to anyone suffering from cancer.
