About the Business
The Center for Anxiety, located in Suffern, New York, provides evidence-based therapy for adults, adolescents, and children dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other difficulties. Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach has been proven effective in treating a wide range of issues. We also offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) called Echelon, which provides focused and personalized therapy sessions over a period of 1-2 weeks for those with complex or severe symptoms. Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program helps patients struggling with regulating emotions. Led by expert therapists, we provide specialized treatment to improve relationships and behaviors. Our diverse team of caring clinicians work together to make a difference in the communities we serve. Founder Dr. David H. Rosmarin, PhD, ABPP, is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. We strive to provide accessible and effective outpatient and intensive treatment to meet the needs of our clients.
