"I was recommended to come here by an X-ray technician I think back in October after a busted up leg and what turned out to be a sprained ankle. He said the place was very good, and he was right. The staff is friendly and relaxed. If you stay there a while you'll build up a rapport with them. Joana took me on and she did more for me in a few weeks than other PT places. Joana is mean, she'll make you work, but I couldn't have asked for a better therapist honestly; we really hit it off. And the place prides itself on being a really clean and intimate space; I absolutely love that. And it's always warm in there which is a plus. And I love that they have new riddles or trivia on Thursdays. It was great to end a session and then attempt to figure out the questions on the board. Huge plus! Anyway, highly recommend this place and yeah, they'll take care of ya there."

I had the pleasure of working with Mel and her team (Steph and Cat) who were just phenomenal. I have a herniated disc in my back L5 S1, so I was very hesitant in the movements I might have to do during therapy but every single one Mel had me do, never gave me any sort of discomfort and I immediately had full trust in her.
