"I wish I could give this company zero stars. This place is a complete joke. It was referred to me but clearly the business is going downhill. I have had the worst customer experience here ever. I have never in my life dealt with such an unorganized company. The hassle it was over a 2 1/2 week period to get an appointment all because the staff here are rude and completely incompetent. Their receptionists are rude, aren’t trained, and don’t know what they’re doing. I found out recently that they have had four therapist quit in the last few months. After people read what we went through the last two weeks I would advise using a different business. You’d think they would want our business and money. The lack of customer service was disgusting and the fact that you need to speak to a supervisor constantly because the staffs attitude and incompetence is disturbing. For their staff especially Katrina news flash you’re answering a phone and scheduling appointments for people/ patients who are seeking something from your business the last thing they need is a nasty attitude and zero accommodations. Keep in mind they booked the appointment under my s/o but I was the one handling the arrangements. After going back and forth since April 6th, April 15, April 18th, then after we’re booked for a 7:30pm slot. The supervisor called us on April 20th to notify us that they “accidentally”doubled booked. Changed our appointment on us three different times. Handled the financial paperwork the day of on top of stating they never received other paperwork (again staffs incompetence). We literally spoke to so many different people… Katrina, Michelle (who did not know what the hell she was doing she kept saying she’s new) Mathew, the supervisor, and lastly the accounting department who barely spoke English. Complete nightmare. AFTER all of that we were going to keep the appointment until Katrina decided to not only have an attitude again but hung up on me! Prior to hanging up she stated she needed to speak to the person who the appointment was booked under! If that was the case I would have put the appointment under my name from the beginning. She should be fired. You don’t treat clients or potential clients that way."

"I have been working with Dr. Gourdine for a little over year. What I have learned in the past year it’s ok to be assertive and don’t need to please everyone all the time. I have learned you can’t stress or worry about things you can’t control. I have been able to regain my confidence and being mindful of the things I can control.. I have dealt with several traumatic events in the last several years. I can honestly say Dr. Gourdine has been extremely helpful in assisting me on my journey through life. I have been working Anna Sandbank for approximately 8 months now. I have learned nutrition can affect your mental and physical health. Anna has shown me it’s very important to read ingredients and how food makes you feel whether it good or bad. Since working with Anna, I am more mindful how nutrition affects my body, sleep and overall mental health. Since working with Anna I have lost 12lbs and 10 inches. I feel so much lighter and have more energy."
