"They post online available one thing, as soon as they charge your credit card over the phone will give you different leftovers flowers on Valentine's Day evening for the same expensive price with saying this cost same price! Will try to blame you that you ordered this, after they gonna try to convince you. They have 0 customer service! Please be aware of this store!"

"I have been a loyal customer perhaps 18yrs now. Not one disappointment. We have ordered for all happy occasions and a few heart breaking.. Alex’s flowers always delivers the most freshest flowers and best designs. I moved out of state, but when i need a delivery locally- I still only choose them. All I do is describe in words what it is I want, and they always exceed my expectations! I order blindly, and get such pleasant surprises from the recipient each time."

"Got flowers from my husband for my birthday on the 17th (pic1) and 5 days later they are dead (pic 2). Beautiful bouquet but doesn't last. Buying from the street flowers last two weeks. I'm upset!"
