Dollar Tree

"Pleasant Plains location has finished relocating the merchandise and I still have a difficult time finding items. The occasional empty shelves seem to be more prevalent lately or maybe I get there after the hoards beat me to my preferred items! Must be a special gift I possess."

"A year later .... September 2023,. Why are the cashier and associates busy socializing during normal business hours.....WHY ? Pails of water from leaking roof in the aisles. Where is the friendly employee courtesy to customers? When is the landlord going to get roof fixed,? September 2022 A young lady cashier told me to go to other cashier. I had only two items to check out. She was engrossed in conversation with that other cashier. Talkative cashier still had her light on ! WHAT IS THE STORY PLEASANT PLAINS DOLLAR TREE??. Customer service is atrocious in businesses here on Staten Island and is common."

"The management here needs a major revamp. Although this place is well stocked, it's kept messy. I just left this place, it's not uncommon to see lines 15 people deep while managers walk away and leave one cashier to handle the heavy workload. The manager just now Shrugged her shoulders walking away saying she had important phone calls to make. She saw a line that these 15 people in one cashier. It's not a bad place to shop but it's a nightmare to get out of there. I hope upper management involved with this company reads this review."
