"I highly recommend Ms. Wohl for couples therapy. There are so many issues that arise when dealing with problems in a relationship and having a competent therapist is like inviting a referee. Amy organized our thoughts, worries, and issues and removed negativity from the equation. She forced us to dwell on what we needed from the relationship rather than playing the blame game with each other. Sometimes our responses to her questions were surprising, even to a couple who has been together for over thirty years, because she made us see each other with new eyes. It's nice to know that you can still discover new and interesting facets to someone you've known so intimately for so long. We decided to leave therapy after several months because we felt we had enough insight to deal with our problems, but she invited us to return for a "tune-up" whenever we thought it might be necessary.
