Edible Arrangements

"I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered in the morning and it wasn't delivered until after 2 p.m. Also, I ordered a large arrangement in which after delivery and tax it all came out to $180 and although my sister-in-law was extremely grateful when she sent me the picture I was not very happy with the outcome. There were plenty of gaps in between the fruit and I could see more green. It seems as if I really got a size medium but got charged the large and spread out the fruit to make it look bigger."

"The Edible Arrangement store in Monroe has exceptional client service!!! I ordered the Swizzle Berries & Chocolate Dipped mixed fruit bundles on Saturday for pick up on Sunday. It had to be picked up at a specific time due to other planned events. I received a call early on Sunday morning explaining the fruit was delivered a little late and that they wanted to make sure my order had the freshest fruit. Unfortunately, we couldn’t due to other planned events, so instead picked up a later in the day. They apologized for the inconvenience and put together a completely different edible fruit box for us. Believe it was Rita who was working yesterday 10/25. I thought the gesture was so kind and goes to show this store has done a great job in providing exceptional client service. Thank you to the store employees and to the manager in hiring stellar employees. My niece and family enjoyed the delicious and fresh fruit. JB"

"The woman who assisted me on the telephone today was extremely kind, courteous and professional. I ordered a sympathy order at noon and it was delivered by 3! I wish I had her name. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, special and memorable. Everything came out beautifully. It made a tough day for our loved ones a little brighter and I am very appreciative to the woman who helped me today. I will be a returning customer."

"I had a wonderful experience with the Edible Arrangements Monroe, NY store. I sent an edible arrangements sympathy order and received a call from the driver that the recipient was not at home. I found out the recipient was at another house for the day and asked if the driver could switch the delivery address which was 20 minutes away. The driver without question obliged to change the delivery knowing how important the order was to me given the circumstances. Thank you so much for such great service!"
