"No info when asked for help to process payment no help other then good luck 285 dollars what a waste of money and what a inconvience, could of done it on tax act or even their fee version would have gotten the same reault. Highly recommend private or different h&r. Completely unprofessional and will not bring my business back again. Last year worked out so much easier with them. Truly a no star performance"

"This place is a no. They don’t know what they’re doing at all, couldn’t answer any of my questions. I do my taxes myself every year, but this year I wound up owing instead of receiving when I used my program. So I wanted to go here and see if they can do anything to lower my amount. Plot twist, I wound up owing an extra $200 here (and another $134 for their fee), a $24 penalty (which they couldn’t even explain what for...) than the amount that showed when I did it myself on Tax Act. Wish I realized I could’ve just said “no I don’t want to file with you” after they finished, but of course they won’t tell you that. Also, a roach fell on my lap the first 5 minutes of my appointment. The person assisting me was very pleasant, but that’s not why I came there."
