The recitals always remind me how much I love this school for my girls — you’ll never hear a Yanarella instructor speak to a student with anything other than respect, encouragement, and support. It’s still incredibly commonplace - even with little kids! - for dance studios to criticize or comment on their students’ build, size, hair, means, etc. Yanarella proves you don’t have to sacrifice an ounce of talent, rigor, or sheen by centering joy, empowerment, and positivity.
