"In a televisit less than 3 minutes long dropped (what seemed to me) drastic advice made no space for my questions or concerns just said the office would call to schedule a follow up in 3 weeks and hung up. And he will withhold refilling your prescriptions if you are late in scheduling regular appointments. I've seen plenty of Drs I didn't like but he's the first to make me feel bullied"

"Dr Joanow is insensitive, indiscreet, and unable to support his patients. He made multiple diagnosis’ and suggested MRIs and expensive treatments within minutes. Later other legitimate and caring doctors told me that he had jumped the gun. I was surprised by the lack of knowledge and care he portrays in his visits which takes him less than 5 minutes and costs me well over $200. The administrative staff is somehow even worse than the doctor. I struggled to make appointments, to send out my medical records and even to obtain my invoices. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other gynecologist in the area."

"Many years at crystal run I was just not happy with the transparency I was offered. Years of abnormal paps and family history of cervixal cancer I was starting to become worried something was wrong but I was always dismissed. So my friend told me to go see Dr. Joanow. I had a routine pap with the nurse practitioner and other things the office does for a new patient check up. The nurse and staff were both very nice. Although I never met Dr. Joanow in person only tele health visits (which was great for me to save the trips) he was like the breath of fresh air I was hoping for. He was on my case like my mother. He sent me to a Gyno oncologist and she suggested I have a partial hysterectomy if I was done having children. To some that may sound frightening but I’m finally relived that I’m getting the care I know I need. Thank you Dr. Joanow and to his staff."

"Very disappointed in this office. Dr. Joanow charged me $150 for a 3 minute zoom call. Not to mention... he has one of the worst bedside manners I've ever experienced. He makes bold claims without explaining anything, nor the risks and benefits of his plan. Zero compassion... Make sure you find a doctor who cares more about you than their wallet!"

"I have been seeing Dr Joanow for over 24 years. I wouldn't switch for anything. He is very knowledgeable, I haven't seen a moe knowledgable doctor in my almost 60 years. I have not given him an easy time, but he has taken great care of me through out the years. He delivered my daughter, was there with my son, and helped me through a miscarriage. Through good and bad he was there making sure I was taken care of. When it was time for my daughter's to see someone, this is where I took them. He gave them the same excellent treatment. If you want dinnertime who knows what he is doing, and will make sure you are taken care of without dropping the ball, this is where you go."
