"I dropped off my W-2 forms to get my taxes done. I received a phone call asking if I wanted my tax to return to go to my bank account and fees be taken out as well. I agreed to it and the tax advisor continued with asking for my bank account number. She stated I had to repeat it four times which I did. I have been waiting for my tax return and still have not received it. I called Linden, NJ location again on Wednesday and the call was forwarded over to the Edison, NJ location. The woman from the Edison, NJ location was very helpful. She told me that my bank account number was put in wrong. So now my tax return I was supposed to get over a week and a half ago is now going to be further delayed by going through the mail. I called the Linden location again on Saturday 5/7/2022. A woman with an accent that sounded like my tax advisor picked up the phone. As I was telling her the situation that I haven’t received my money she cut me off to tell me “oh well the IRS is probably backed up the money will be in my account soon”. I corrected her by telling her that wasn’t the case, my bank account number was entered in the system wrong. She once again cuts me off rudely and stats there’s nothing we can do, it will come in the mail. Now I’m getting annoyed because this is the second time she cut me off. She put me in a dilemma with what I had planned do with my money. I wanted to speak to a manager to address her poor customer service and to also address not paying for their service, the woman said ok I will get you a manager and hung up on me. There service is poor and she needs to be held accountable for their lack of customer service etiquette."
