"I have been to many pharmacies over the years! I never Got treated with Such respect at Walgreens located at 655 Roseville Avenue! Lauren the pharmacist manager! Was absolutel amazing! Any questions concerns I might have had!! she took the time to answer all my questions and Addressed any concerns I had! I want to thank Lauren as well as the staff so much for making my visit to Walgreens Amazing!!! I was trying to leave a new review but was having a problem doing so!! So I will add to this review that I did going back not to long ago! The wonderful amazing the respect that I get every time I call or visit this Walgreens Located at 655 Roseville Avenue Staten Island NY 10309! Lauren the pharmacist manager is beyond wonderful Amazing respectful!!! I could go on with the compliments!! And the staff are absolutely wonderful as well!! I thank u Lauren and each and every one of you truly from the bottom of my heart for all the kindness u all give to help to make someone's day better❤"

"I received an email that my presecription was "delayed" because of insurance purposes. Then I received 3 more subsequent emails on different days saying prescription was ready for pick up. It had a small co pay which meant the insurance went thru. I call up to confirm before going( thank goodness) and the girl tells me insurance didn't go thru and she will reprocess. What?? I asked her to double check because why would I get, not 1, but 3 more emails saying it was ready? I then sign on to the store website and it says the prescription was cancelled on the day they received it. Either that prescription was sitting in the bin(she didn't check) or their computers sending emails are screwy! Either way, get your act together Walgreens! This has happened once before which is the reason for my review."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy and service I have ever experienced in my life. Have been calling for days they do now answer the phone. They treat people like they don’t matter and their time and health issues are not important. Very rude"

"This review is strictly for the pharmacy, not the store itself. Anytime I go to pick up a prescription, I am waiting over 20 minutes (whether I go inside and wait on line or use the drive through). Half the time when my prescriptions are sent, they are "delayed". I have to call, wait on hold for about 10+ minutes to find out why, for them to give me the silliest reasons why. It seems as though they are severely understaffed for the volume of people they are servicing, but I seriously dread having to go pick up prescriptions every single time."

"My wife, Mona Marks, had an awesome experience with Lauren today. She went way above and beyond to help her with a prescription that was submitted incorrectly. In fact she stayed past her normal leaving time because she was determined to resolve the problem to put Mona’s mind at ease. Lauren’s actions were just one more reason for us to be loyal to this store and recommend the store at every opportunity."
