"I find that the service level and food quality is very low in Middletown. The waiter was very nice, yet I ordered a drink when I first sat down and did not get the drink until my whole meal was done! The walls were dirty and the crease in the seats were too. So dirty that my children wanted to leave! The food was not worth the gas it took to drive the short distance to the restaurant. I will never ever come to this restaurant again....not even for a drink."
"I hate it when you walk into a restaurant and you smell old food! This place did not have that! Good salad bar, food was good my steak was fatty not too much steak. Food a quick meal I would come back."
"We haven’t been here in a long time. As usual we ordered Signature Sampler, Rib Eye, Texas Dusted Dry Rub Baby-Back Ribs. we liked the creamy spinach artichoke dip, the mozzarella sticks tasted as good as before. The ribs were always good as ever, but the medium ribeye was a bit harder."
"Today didn’t feel like ruby it was Tuesday I went in there was no service when came in I had seat myself I asked about happy hour but didn’t seem so happy two items for happy hour. The bartender didn’t look like happy I sat down order salad bar and what I thought was taco but came out different. I don’t how one can mess up Taco but they did. The taco didn’t seem like taco more like empanada the waitress never asked if wanted refill the cheesecake was something I could bought at Walmart no real fruit"
