"The guy that supposed to help didn't help at all. He had the worse of the vibes. Super bad energy and I was trying to get help because I'm not familiar with jewelry tools and he told me "I'll give you the receipt and then you look there what did you get and what are you missing" so rude. It takes maybe 2' to help a costumer with something so simple. Never coming back."

"These are scammers. They claim to sell dedeco urethane polish wheels and charge the price of them. When I received my order of a dozen each not only were they not in the box like rio sells they are not urethane at all. They bait and switched me cheap chinsy wheels that crumble upon touching. I will NEVER buy a thing from these scammers ever again !"

"I bought a IKohe Bench Mounted Saw Table form zak jewelary tools ( u can see in the site : Bench Accessories 34$) but they send a second hand poor brass plate with so many scratch, i can make a bench pin much more better than this !!!!!! buying from zak is never recomonded."
