"I broke the clasp of a very meaningful special bracelet, that looked (to me) impossible to fix. I went to Sash today and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes! It’s a double chain and I couldn’t remember how the clasp goes since there’s also a ball to loosen/tighten the bracelet. He examined it and explained how it should look and how he will repair it. I was shocked that he said he would do it on the spot (seriously, less than 5 min). When I arrived, I was a bit all over the place and hot. He told me to relax, sit, take my time. Very nice man.
