"I’ll write here what I wrote on Yelp since they deserve it. We reached out to NYC steam cleaning to get our white couch cleaned as it had a big stain. Jen and team called ahead of time to tell me they were coming for an estimate and showed up perfectly on time. Jen immediately saw the stain and said upfront that it was going to be a tough one. We decided to proceed anyway. Once they started they realized the stain wasn’t going to come out and stopped immediately saying they didn’t want to take our money and not do a complete job. Jen was very honest upfront and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn’t use them this time but will definitely call them back when we need it again and will recommend them to any friends who need a good and reliable service. Thank you!"
