"They started off great and then little by little they were doing less and less. The last time they showed up with half the crew they usually have and didn’t wipe down the kitchen counters, didn’t vacuum 2 of the rooms, didn’t wash all the hardwood floor in the living room, didn’t do the laundry room like they usually do and completely didn’t clean one of the bathrooms and the owner was with them. When I text and sent pictures they responded there were some boxes in one of the rooms. Never heard from them again and they didn’t come for the next cleaning. Very unprofessional. And disappointing."
