"Muffetta Domestic Assistance, three words: came, saw, delivered!!! My husband and I were BEYOND pleased with our experience. Firstly, I have to say their flexibility in our particular case was unmatched. I basically needed them to perform a move in, deep clean on the spot. They did as so and did not disappoint. From my initial conversations with them, they were professional, friendly, and truly wanted to understand what I expected, so that they could meet me at the point of my needs. Like most women, I am extremely particular about my space and “no cleaning is clean enough unless I do it myself.” Well, in this case I had to understand that I could not clean such a large home on my own and be able to target every nook, window, molding, and crevice as they did. The cleaners were so intentional, careful, and left our home SPOTLESS!!! Hiring this company allowed me to enjoy my home during such a hectic transition and it lessened my load by creating time for me to tend to other things. I cannot thank Muffetta enough. To the entire team that worked with us, from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU. We will be calling you again, soon! :)"

"This company is very overpriced for the quality. I was charged $1500 for a deep clean and it was not a deep clean. I had to show the cleaners what to do and they still didn’t do it. They gave me $200 off for the lack of actual deep cleaning but now that I see everything they missed, it should have been a lot more. Subsequent cleanings were more like “wipe downs” than actual cleaning. Shower doors always left with spots and no attention to detail. Someone is getting rich off of really bad cleanings but the money isn’t going to come from me anymore. I just don’t think they’re equipped for high quality cleanings and take advantage of the local market because there aren’t a lot of options. Definitely would not recommend."

"We utilized two of Muffetta’s staff for our wedding. The entire process of setting up services, reviewing what we needed and securing staff was incredibly easy and professional. Peta checked in on us after, as well, to ensure all went well and that was so nice. The staff we had were INCREDIBLE and did such good work. "I had Muffetta’s Housekeeping come to my home to do a deep spring cleaning. They are true professionals from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment to the people they sent to clean my home, They handled everything perfectly. Troy did everything he could to fit me into their schedule even though I called last minute. Then, They called after the cleaning people arrived to make sure I was happy with who they sent and how they were doing so far. The next day, they called to make sure I was pleased with their service. The people they sent worked non-stop and did a fabulous job. They did such an impressive job that my cousin, who was staying with me for a few days, called her boyfriend and said she wanted to have them clean her house for her birthday present. I was so happy with them that I decided to hire them to send someone to my home weekly to clean, which is also working out perfectly. I highly recommend them."

"I agreed to pay over $600 for a deep house cleaning. The two staff assigned got stuck in traffic so I picked up breakfast as a courtesy and incentive to do a good job. Unfortunately they did a horrible job and I don't recommend Muffetta's Domestic Assistants services - I will let the photos speak for themselves. The company offered to have someone come back, but eventually became annoyed when I sent evidence - which could have been used for staff training - of a job poorly done. My goal was to share my shock and frustration in real time but instead I was sent the following letter: "Hi Lisa, We accepted that the cleaners missed areas and we offered to come back, you rejected that. We offered you a discount on the job which was accepted. We understand that mistakes are made and when they are made, we as a cleaning company strive to remedy the situation as quickly as possible so it does not linger. We offered you 5 hours of cleaning which you have not used and here we are, over a month since the cleaning, getting another email about the cleaning even though we have offered to fix the areas that were not cleaned properly or missed. Therefore we are sending you a check for $100 (screenshot attached) to apply to your next cleaning, with the cleaning company of your choice. We hope this resolves this situation. All the Best~" The indignant tone of this letter was insulting, cold, and unwarranted - I will not do business Muffetta's Domestic Assistants and I encourage you to think twice about it if at all."
